Being a self taught cook has led me on an adventurous, exciting road to creating delicious foods for my family and some of the most discriminating friends, and clients. The love of entertaining and preparing food has taken me on this adventure of offering cooking classes.
I realized that healthy cooking doesn’t mean that you have to become a gourmet chef or invest in expensive cookware. You can use basic cooking techniques to prepare food in delicious, healthy ways.
